The UK Deportations and Removals Monitor documents people who have been removed or deported from the UK.

This database records all enforced returns from the UK since 1 January 2023. In the database you will find information about:

  • Individuals removed
  • Reports of removals from individuals and organisations
  • Charter flights
  • Airlines carrying out removals and operating charter flights
  • Airports used for removals
  • UK Detention centres
  • Human rights reports

Use the removals map to view the airports used to remove people by charter flight. Click on the numbers to see the flights from and to each airport, the airlines operating the flights, and links to reports of people removed. You can also view human rights reports on the map.

Use card view or table view to see information about enforced returns in 2023 in more detail. You can filter the information by nationality, age, and sex. Click on the arrow symbol in the top right hand corner to see links between pieces of information in the database.

If you have received removal directions or know someone who has, you can report the removal or deportation using our submission form.
